Product Introduction
1) From the perspective of mechanical properties, galvanized sheets are generally divided into hardness sheets and ordinary sheets. Among them, the hardness of the rolled sheet surface is not less than 75Hv, the yield strength is not less than 350Mpa, and the tensile strength is not less than 470Mpa; The yield strength of ordinary board is less than 350Mpa, and the tensile strength is less than 470Mpa;
2) From the perspective of surface roughening, galvanized sheet is generally divided into roughened sheet and non roughened sheet. Among them, roughened sheet refers to the laser roughening process of the finishing work roll, and during the thin plate rolling or leveling process, the convex surface of the roll forms several deformation hardening particles (micro pits) on the surface of the sheet to form a laser roughened sheet.
3) From the perspective of surface passivation, galvanized sheet can be divided into ordinary passivation and heavy passivation. Heavy passivation refers to the passivation of chromium dots 70 on the surface, while ordinary passivation refers to the passivation of chromium dots 25-30 on galvanized sheet. Heavy passivation has better anti-corrosion effect compared to ordinary passivation.
4) From the perspective of usage nature, galvanized sheets are divided into export galvanized and color coated substrates. The color substrate is used for subsequent color coating operations, and the export galvanizing is directly used for export without further processing.
